Privacy Policy

When you create an account, we collect your email address and display name. When you create listings or send messages, that content is stored in our database.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or any data beyond what is necessary to operate the marketplace.

Your data is used exclusively to operate Sporttics:

• Display your profile to other users
• Show your listings on the marketplace
• Deliver messages between buyers and sellers
• Send account-related emails (sign-up confirmation, password reset)

We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data.

Data is stored securely on Supabase (hosted on AWS in the EU region). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure users can only access their own private data.

You can:

• Access your data through your profile page
• Delete your account and all associated data by contacting us
• Export your data upon request
