Terms of Service

Sporttics is a marketplace that connects buyers and sellers of endurance sports race entries. We provide the platform for listing and discovering entries — we do not organize events, process payments, or guarantee transfers.

Sellers must:

• Only list entries they legitimately own
• Provide accurate event and transfer details
• Not exceed 110% of the original entry price
• Complete the official transfer process with the event organizer

Buyers must:

• Verify the event's transfer policy before committing
• Communicate respectfully through the platform
• Complete agreed-upon transactions in good faith

Asking prices may not exceed 110% of the original entry fee. This policy prevents scalping and keeps the endurance sports community fair. Listings that violate this policy may be removed.

Sporttics acts as a connector between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for:

• The success or failure of entry transfers
• Event cancellations or changes by organizers
• Disputes between buyers and sellers
• Payment processing or refunds

We do our best to keep the platform safe and fair, but all transactions are ultimately between the buyer and seller.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms, create fraudulent listings, or engage in abusive behavior toward other users.
